धंधा उठता तभी है
जब मालिक उठे।
Story:
एक छोटा shop-owner था।
दुकान उसकी थी, पर आदतें employees जैसी।
कभी देर से आना, कभी mood ख़राब, कभी आधा दिन
phone पर।
फिर बोलता था- "Sale कम क्यो है?"
'
अरे Business कभी shelves से नहीं चलता
-Owner की energy सें चलता है।
ग्राहक product नहीं, आपकी presence feel करता
है। जिस दिन उसने रोज़ 9 बजे sharp दुकान खोलना शुरू
किया
उसी दिन से customers ने उसे seriously लेना शुरू कर
दिया।
धीरे-धीरे वही consistency उसकी branding बन गई।
Lesson:
धंधा चलाना नहीं... Lead करना सीखो।
Owner बनो, Operator मत बनो।
